Recently completed was this Bond Coater - Bitumen Joint sealer built for Conor Boyce Tarmacadam

Consisting of both a bond / tack coat sprayer with spray bar at the rear and bitumen edge sealer with triple jet spray bar on the Driver side of the machine. 

Used in asphalt pavement construction to both apply the bond coat between each layer of asphalt and to seal the joints /edges of the asphalt safely.

Details:

  • 10,000L emulsion and 300L bitumen capacity 

  • 4.2m expandable spray bar with automatic flow rate and pressure control 

  • Updated Bitumen Melter with Super insulated walls reducing heating times

  • Bitumen edge / joint sealer spray bar on both driver and passenger side

  • Full In-cab controls 

  • Scania P320 26 Ton chassis sourced by Unilok through Scania
