The Unilok Combination Sprayer is an automatic sprayer – chip spreader for surface dressing. This COMBI can spray binder and spread chippings simultaneously and automatically. Complete control by a single operator in the cab
Available on a 26, 32 or 36 Ton chassis.
Spray bar: 3.2 metres with single chip roller ensuring simplicity, reliability and consistent chip spread rates.
In cab controls: Ergonomic control console with touch screen and joystick controlling all functions allowing for easy one person operation.
GPS Tracking with full job logging/mapping.
Automatic heating: Oil burner heating with overnight heating as standard.
Pumping: A positive displacement Bitumen pump with integral relief valve with output of up to 600 litres per minute is fitted.
Spraying: Spray bar fitted with slot jets at 115mm centres giving triple overlap of emulsion, jets automatically open/close as the spraying width varies and pressure is automatically controlled to remain constant.
Tank: Fabricated from mild steel to maximum section incorporating anti-surge baffles and heating flue. Insulated with 100mm dense rockwool matting and clad with Aluminium sheeting.
Chippings size: 0-14mm
