Storage Tanks for Hot Bitumen Emulsion available in several sizes from 10,000 to 50,000 litres .

Our tanks are heated using the latest technology in electric element heating to give an efficient reliable and maintenance free solution for emulsion storage. All tanks are clad to 150mm standard reducing heat loss to single digits in 24 hours .Additions such as the digital output contents system give the operator the visual contents of the tank and also has alarm system built in to prevent over heating at low levels and overfilling . 

Can be gantry mounted for gravity loading of sprayers or located at ground level with pumped loading. Ideal for isolated sites.

Capacity: 10,000 litres to 50,000 litres

Tank: Tank fabricated from mild steel in cylindrical section for vertical or horizontal storage.

Insulation: Dense Rockwool wire-backed insulation 150mm thick

Cladding: External cladding in aluminium sheeting.

Heating: Heating by electric  probe element heating .

Gauges: Temperature gauge fitted on tank. Contents gauge fitted.

Fittings: Tank top manway. Pump on and pump off pipework. Safety access stairways and work platform. Temperature controlled overnight heating.
