Our latest Bond Coater - Bitumen Joint sealer built for Leinster Tack Coating.

Consisting of both a bond / tack coat sprayer with spray bar at the rear and bitumen edge sealer with triple jet spray bar at the front on both the Driver and Passenger side of the machine. 

Used in asphalt pavement construction to both apply the bond coat between each layer of asphalt and to seal the joints /edges of the asphalt safely.

  • 6000L emulsion and 400L bitumen capacity 

  • 4.2m expandable spray bar with automatic flow rate and pressure control 

  • Updated Bitumen Melter with Super insulated walls reducing heating times

  • Bitumen edge / joint sealer spray bar on both driver and passenger side
