Unilok Bond Coater - Bitumen Joint sealer

Our latest Bond Coater - Bitumen Joint sealer built for our customer Dominic Burke.

Consisting of both a bond coat sprayer with spray bar at the rear and bitumen edge sealer with triple jet spray bar at the front. 

Used in asphalt pavement construction to both apply the bond coat between each layer of asphalt and to seal the joints /edges of the asphalt safely.

• 6000L emulsion and 500L bitumen capacity 

• 4.2m expandable spray bar with automatic flow rate and pressure control 

• Bitumen edge sealer spray bar

• Full In-cab joystick controls 

• Scania P280 truck
